Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to the UK and worldwide, with orders processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs:

All shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on the destination and order details.

United Kingdom Delivery:

For orders within the UK totaling £50.00 or more, we offer free Ground Shipping. 

For orders under £50.00, we provide standard delivery at a rate of £7.00. 

The estimated delivery time for UK orders is 2-3 working days.

EU Delivery:

Enjoy free delivery on orders over £250. For orders under £250, standard delivery is available at £24.

Standard delivery is available at £45.

Rest of the World Orders:

We offer Standard Shipping for orders to the rest of the world at a flat rate of £89.00. The estimated delivery time for these orders is 5-10 working days.

Dispatch and Tracking:

All goods will be dispatched via national or international couriers. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package's journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

Customs and Import Duties:

Please be aware that any customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., applicable to your order are the customer's responsibility. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority. Prior to placing your order, we advise familiarizing yourself with your country's import rules and regulations. We are unable to designate orders as "Gifts" or take any other actions to alter the customs declaration.

Refusal of Customs Payment:

In the event that you choose to refuse the customs fee associated with your order, and the parcel is subsequently returned to Balling Hockey, please be aware that a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

To ensure certainty regarding potential customs fees, we strongly advise reaching out to your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Understanding the applicable regulations will help ensure a smooth delivery process and avoid any unexpected charges.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for details about our return process and policies.

RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

SELF-RETURN PROCESS
Our Self-Return Platform makes returns quick and convenient. Follow these steps to initiate your return:

1. Log into your account: Log into your Balling Hockey account here.
2. Locate your order: Navigate to the "Orders" section in your account, select the order containing the item(s) you want to return, and choose the item(s) for return.
3. Submit your return request: Once you've selected the item(s) and provided a reason for the return, submit the request.
4. Approval and return label: After we review and approve your return request (within 48 business hours), you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
5. Package your items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all included tags and labels are intact.
6. Ship the package: Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location indicated in your return instructions.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

EXCEPTIONS
Defective or damaged items: If you received a faulty product, please email us at contact@ballinghockey.com with details and photos. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or a refund.
Sale items: These are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Returns initiated through the Self-Return Portal include a prepaid shipping label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For international returns, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees unless the item is defective.

Warranty Coverage We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturing defects in
materials or workmanship.

What’s Not Covered? Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
• Damage due to improper storage or handling
• "Rattling" effect: This refers to small fibers that may come loose inside the stick. This effect does not affect the stick’s lifespan or performance.
• Paint chips, peeling, scratches, or any other cosmetic damage to the stick’s finish.

How to File a Warranty Claim To start a claim, simply provide:

1. Your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
2. A description of the defect
3. Photos showing the defect

Resolution Options If your claim is approved, we offer the following options:

• Product repair
• Replacement with the same or an equivalent model
• Refund

Additional Information

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies to products bought through our official website. Items not purchased through ballinghockey.com / ballinghockey.co.uk  are not covered under our warranty policy. Please reach out to the retailer where you made the purchase and refer to their warranty policy for assistance. They’ll be able to support you with your request.
